You may read the site and download free resources for your own use. You may not copy, republish, resell or redistribute our content, templates or videos without written permission. We may update or remove content at any time.
Free resources and email
Free resources are provided as is. When you sign up, you agree to receive emails from us about the resource and about sales leadership. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Paid products: the District Manager Toolkit
- Price and payment. The price is shown at checkout. Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Delivery. After payment you are sent to a private access page with the toolkit files and videos. Bookmark it. Do not share the access link or the files with people who have not purchased.
- License. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the toolkit with the teams you manage. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute it.
30-day guarantee
Use the toolkit. If within 30 days of your purchase you do not believe it gives you a clearer, simpler way to lead your team, email omar@salesmanageracademy.com from the address you used to purchase and we will refund the purchase price in full. Refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method. After 30 days, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Warranties and liability
The site and our products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sales Manager Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
