Information you give us
When you sign up for a free resource or our email list, we collect your name and email address and send you the resource and occasional emails about sales leadership. Our email provider, MailerLite, stores this information for us. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete your information at the address above. If you purchase a product, payment is handled by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card number.
Cookies, analytics and advertising tools
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools collect information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, how long you stay, how you scroll and click, and the website you came from. We use:
- Google Analytics (Google) to measure traffic and how people use the site.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) to see anonymized recordings and heatmaps of how visitors click and scroll, so we can improve pages.
- Meta Pixel (Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure the results of our ads and show ads to people who have visited the site.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn) to measure the results of our LinkedIn ads and understand the professional audience visiting the site.
These companies may receive information about your visit and may use it under their own privacy policies. We do not use these tools to collect your name or email address, and we ask them not to record what you type into forms.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), manage ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences, and manage LinkedIn advertising in your LinkedIn account settings under Data privacy. Blocking these tools will not stop you from reading the site. If you live in a state or country with privacy rights (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for advertising, by emailing the address above.
Children
This website is intended for working adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
